Customer service is provided through an add-on product known as SupportLogix. SalesLogix Sales Information System v. 3.0 integrates with back office software such as Great Plains and Solomon for accounting support.

SalesLogix Sales Information System v. 3.0 client software operates in MS-Windows 95/98 or MS-Windows NT environments. At the server level, it runs on MS-Windows NT operating systems with database connectivity to MS-SQL Server and Oracle. The Internet Information Server (IIS) also operates at the server level
